Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    This reward program is turning into nothing but frustration ,I don't think I am going to bother any more. I thought my computer was messed up at first because it still says I can earn 150 points a day . Not!!

    Spot on. They wouldn't be offering cash if they were going into the red.

    That said, today I just started hitting 1, wait 10 seconds, backspace, 2 wait, etc.. It worked.

    Got bored, started just hitting another character at the end of the number entered after about 25 searches (pc), and the points changed immediately.

    And points did not disappear later in the day.

    Are we giving them to much credit for driving us crazy? Maybe just anothe "upgrade" screwed up the points.

    Will see what happens tomorrow.

    actually, looks like all the 5 pointers changed to 1 point, looking a the onces that were done already.. hopefulyl they aren't retroactively removing points now lol
