I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

I have waited HOURS between searches and still no points past 15-20. I have not had a single day in the last week. Where I have obtained all my points.

I got a message from my reward account that I get 5 points per search every 15 minutes.

In other words 15 points per 15 minutes. I hope this isn't what they plan to do because it will take the entire day to reach your maximum points per day.

I am having the same issue, only I get 20 points before it stops and I have to wait 12-15 minutes before it stars adding up again, and I repeats at the cap of 20 points before I have to wait again. I have sent 3 separate claims to MS, and the 3rd one was after they 1) responded after the 2nd claim and said "You earn points after 3 searches," and "try doing legitimate searches"; and 2) said 2nd claim was then closed by MS.

So, I sent the 3rd claim and said up front that if the issue is not resolved by the time I earn enough for a $50 MS gift card, then I would quit using Bing and Edge to go back to using Google for searches and any other Wb Browser for my usual internet stuff. I did it before when, back before they started using direct deposit with their digital gift cards, I was not receiving emails for gift card codes after redeeming my rewards points; and if I must do so again, then so be it.

REALLY sad how far MS has fallen from what it used to be.

Anyone else moving over to Brave Browser and Brave Search? I've been quite pleased with Brave so far. Can always open a tab to Google & Bing for different perspectives/results.

I'm guessing Microsoft's $10Billion investment in OpenAI means they don't need our search data to catch up with Google.

nothing screams holiday spirit like screwing your customers with your points system right around the holidays... how do you expect people to buy your giftscards or even donate to some of the charitys for that matter WHEN YOU GIVE US NO POINTS. only thing i regret is i waited until summer to start using bing "because i finally discovered the points system was worth it" figures i started using it as soon as the sh*t starts, well lesson learned... if it aint broke dont fix it "as in i shouldve never stopped using google" because i never once had issues. the downfall of bing is starting in december 2023 i give it until mid 2024 their either done for good or realized they messed up and eventually make changes "doubt it tho" so long bing you can take your 1 point bs and shove it

This seems like the initial step to a rework/revamp for the entire program. Likely, they will attempt to do a 'new, improved' format which might mean doing away with much or all of the existing program.

This is typical for tech companies who say they want to offer a better user experience. This is after it has taken people months or years to get used to something and then they make un-needed changes that remove useful features, replacing them with infuriatingly clumsy new mechanisms and layouts which often have glitches. Tech does not believe in 'if it ain't broke..." line of thinking.
