Why won't Microsoft rewards let me redeem anything?

(UPDATE: I just use my phone to redeem things now. Another solution I’ve seen mentioned is using Google chrome instead of Edge. Please I’m begging you stop replying my mail is literally filled to the brim with new replies every day and it doesn’t even go into the junk folder)

I had finally gotten enough points to buy something from Microsoft rewards, so it showed me that I could redeem it since I had set it as a goal. I clicked "redeem now" and went through the process, however, when I got to "confirm," things became difficult.

I clicked confirm, and waited a few seconds, expecting it to tell me that it was successfully redeemed, but nope. The confirm button just became blue again. I thought it was just a one-time thing, so I clicked it again. same issue. I decided that it's probably just my computer, so I restarted it. Tried it again, same exact issue. I stopped trying for a few days, and it still doesn't work. I don't know if it's a glitch on my part or if it's like this for anybody else, but I just want to see if anybody knows how to fix it.

Also, don't make fun of me, but the thing I was trying to redeem was Robux. I don't know if that has anything to do with the problem or not, but I felt like I should mention it.

(I find it strange that even though this was posted months ago Microsoft has done nothing to fix it, even with them literally advertising robux they’ve just ignored it. We need to make a change. Send them support tickets telling them to fix it, we need as many people as possible in order to actually achieve it. If they won’t do anything, we’ll make them.)

Same with me. I filled the form to contact rewards service over 12 times. Each time I have different ticket reference number . No reply from them for over 6 weeks.

I tried to call MS but each agent you speak to says ( I do not know how to handle it as it is out of my scope). Same sentence from all of them.

Let's buy APPLE products. MS is having us for mugs.

    Best regards,
    Van

I have tried using that link for the same issue Lizard is having and have yet to receive any intervention from Microsoft. So far I've left over 20 of these Support Requests, I've called and went through chat with nothing but hot air. Would love solutions Van!

    Thanks.

I have STILL contacted Microsoft Rewards and they have done absolutely nothing about it. Keep in mind, I have had to wait about a few years or so to actually REDEEM my gift card. So, I suggest that you wait for about a few years like I did to redeem your reward. With the billions of servers to fix, it's impossible to keep up with all the work the employees do every day. But they can AT LEAST hire more employees. But as of right now, there's pretty much nothing we can do about it. All we can do is argue, get mad at each other, and just sit and wait a couple of years for it to finally work. My frustration is at its climax, and I'm reaching my breaking point. Please fix this.
