Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

What happen?

I already sent my ticket on Microsoft support, why does it only work on the higher prices like 400 800 and 1,000? I tried once when I had 6,000 and it worked but not for the ones less than that, my page keeps refreshing the button, you guys need to fix that.

I have a issue with Account and Profile I cannot add my phone number when I add it it says

Try another vertification method resolve my issue i worked hard for it and I need my Robux please solve my problem i need my robuxxx

It's asking for phone number and when I m giving it it's saying it doesn't support that feature currently or the feature is not available

My friend got the robux code but it didn't redeem. It said invalid code.

if he copied code and then pasted then maybe he didnt copied all code if not then i dont know
