Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

This glitch is so annoying pls fix this microsoft

For some reason, when I click on "Confirm Reward", the email won't pop up in Outlook. And now my son is very angry because he doesn't get his free Robux.

I tried to redeem 100 robux because I have enough points , but then when I tried to redeem , it said sent to my email , when I check my email it isnt in my email
