Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

    I had the same problem i tried turning off my VPN, if you are still into Roblox try that it may work ?

    yes i have the same problem, idk why because i have reedemed codes before and they have gone through. But the annoying thing is it gets stuck at send! need to fix the problem its been going on for like 2 years now
