Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

    I got the same two replies which are both BS. I never left my state nor do I have a VOIP phone. It's a cellphone.

    Obviously, they are full of it since they send out the SAME reasons to everyone, and I know I did neither.

    I have found out why, some rewards rotate with their system, they may have also stopped giving them away because some users have ben using different accounts to get more robux to their Roblox user. if that isn't the case, then then it's probably part of the rewards rotation, I think they rotate every few months or so. I hope this explains this.

    NOTE: I am not a staff member, I'm just answering a question.

    I have already redeemed a 100 robux code and have gotten it awhile back but now I'm trying it again and it's not even showing a robux card in the redeem section.

    When will the robux gift cards will be In stock again? Microsoft team if ur seeing this add robux back for mobile and PC not only Xbox

    I have another problem. I've redeemed 100 and 200 robux before, and I got it. But now I can't redeem 100 or 200 anymore. In adition, I can't even redeem 800 or 1,000! Is this normal or what? pls help
