Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

This just happened to me and when i searched it up i came to this, im pleased to see that im not the only one with this problem but what really bugs me is this has been happening since june? Its august now. No way this problem has been around for over 2 months and still hasn't been fixed till now. Dissapointing. I have made an enquiry to microsoft like they said to do and waiting for a reply back. Hopefully this issue is resolved.
