Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".
What happen?

Microsoft isn't reliable since I've been using it for 4 years now, it worked before but I think its the fact multiple people are requesting it, they might be trying to contact David Baszucki or something but its just so confusing!
Please fix this microsoft, I swear if they don't fix it, I'll quit!
Hurry up Microsoft, fix it!

2023-12-11T21:23:26+00:00 I contacted the rewards team and they said it was because of the rewards being out of stock. That was a month or two ago yet they are still on the website. Then there's the fact everyone else on the thread is going through this and has been for the last few months. I have a feeling it's a problem on the website so if you can, please look into it or contact the ones managing the rewards on the website. Many Thanks.
