Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

    I had over 1500 points for a birthday gift but I signed in again and it shows now I have 79 points. It says it has been redeemed but I only signed it and never did, and it is not showing me the code for the robux. What should I do?

    I have problems with redeeming too. When i click redeem , its loading for like 3 seconds and then nothing happens. Please send help i need to get my hands on that sweet sweet 100 bubuk

    I redeemed it but I had to switch PCs so it's pretty f*cked
