Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

What happen?

Like I press confirm reward and it reload my page but the confirm button is still here? I have seen a video that when u press it and u will go to a page and said "Your rewards is on the way". I am not sure if just I got the same problem or anyone else is like this.

I got the same two replies which are both BS. I never left my state nor do I have a VOIP phone. It's a cellphone.

Obviously, they are full of it since they send out the SAME reasons to everyone, and I know I did neither.
