Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

    What happen?

    I already sent my ticket on Microsoft support, why does it only work on the higher prices like 400 800 and 1,000? I tried once when I had 6,000 and it worked but not for the ones less than that, my page keeps refreshing the button, you guys need to fix that.

    For me it says that I redeemed it but when I look at my email there is nothing there!
