What do I need to do to fix this??

I can't find any topics or helpful articles about this happening...

    Yes, you can still earn points on microsoft rewards by doing the daily missions and searches (also if you wanna do mobile searches on pc just press F12 on your keyboard and press the icon with a pc and phone and it will count as mobile search), the only thing you can't do is just redeem your points.

    Nah, sadly no but just tried to tell people a method that might work, I'm not really sure if it works or not but the only thing that told me is to not use bots or macros to do searches.
