Honestly I don't even know, also the support is so dog water that literally replies to you after 2 days or even at midnight. Probably it depends if you do that like everyday, my account is still "temporarily" restricted. Since they literally use trash bots to unrestrict your account it will take like a couple days or weeks to unrestrict your account.

If you use my advice but even after 1 or 2 weeks your account is restricted then go straight-up contact the support.

Here is what they told me in the email : "Please be informed that an individual user must manually enter a text for the good faith purpose of obtaining Bing search results for such user's own research purposes and does not include any query entered by a bot, macro, or other automated or fraudulent means of any kind."

Technically they literally just want YOU that you're a human to go and do searches, they did not specify that you can't spam random letters in the bing search bar, I replied to their email and I asked if you can or can't spam random letters in the bing search bar and some other things but they still didn't reply.

Note that there is a high chance of never getting your account unrestricted since of this dog water system that literally says "your account will be restored upon improvement", even if you don't use bots, spam random letters in the bing search bar I bet that they don't even unrestrict your account because they don't even care, they just act they do.
