What do I need to do to fix this??

    Yes I'm also having this problem on this account (this is an alt), I sent an email to microsoft rewards team and they said to NOT use any bots (I used an extension which also counts as a bot), macros or any kind of things that auto search for you. Sometimes when I'm using someone else's pc I log onto this or my main account, just spam random letters in the search bar to gain points. I recommend you to just search these random things (you can think of everything that aren't random letters or bots that auto search for you) :
