What do I need to do to fix this??

I can't find any topics or helpful articles about this happening...

    I am having sufficient Microsoft reward balance to redeem giftcard but it always shows me a message that is Microsoft have temporarily restricted my Microsoft account and I have messaged Microsoft support many times but they didn't replied back . 🥲

    I think you just need start searching normally using bing and edge. Non of that random letters in the search box (like every one does including me) and you might get back to normal status from restricted. I will try it my self and get back to you if I can.
