What do I need to do to fix this??

I can't find any topics or helpful articles about this happening...

    I am having sufficient Microsoft reward balance to redeem giftcard but it always shows me a message that is Microsoft have temporarily restricted my Microsoft account and I have messaged Microsoft support many times but they didn't replied back . 🥲

    nah, had no luck here doing that - plus why would I use the edge browser and bing search while they are treating me like this? I have been having a great time using firefox again since this ordeal pushed me off of using edge browser.
