What do I need to do to fix this??

I can't find any topics or helpful articles about this happening...

    Did you put UTC (universal coordinated time)? Because when I put that it took almost 2 days for the response (for me), but they might not reply to you because when your microsoft rewards account is temporarily restricted there are some things you can't do. Meanwhile I put my timezone they replied at 3AM- and this is why I decided to use UTC but it was a huge mistake because they will take years to reply

    In how many days have you got reply. I am not getting any reply from 1 week. I fill the form and submit more than 20 times till. Can I expect from them to contact me.
