    Yes, I know it's very frustrating. I don't completely understand the rules. It says a complete tasks. And then somehow I don't get all the points Today I did a search. and the points did not show up in my phone app. And was a totally new search. I searched for something that would get rid of duplicate computer files.. so I don't understand it either. I just keep trying.

    P. S. Maybe if Microsoft reads enough of these. they will start fixing these issues.. But I won't give up. I'll still keep trying to play..

    it isn't a scam, but the chance of winning is lower than winning the lottery so there isn't much point trying, i only did the last one to donate £5 to charity
