My confirm reward button doesnt work on microsoft reward how do i fix it?

I already have 1500 points and I cant redeem my robuxs can you please help me fix the bug?

    I used to be able to redeem stuff but now when I click the blue confirm reward button, it turns gray and 3 seconds later it just reloads the page and turns the button back to blue as if nothing happened... Does anyone know what's going on???

    This could be a few problems,

    1. browser issue with Bing
    2. Bing either stop supporting/ran out of Robux codes
    3. The Bing browser isn't functioning properly.

    I've read a separate post with the same problem, some people suggested using their iPhone to help.

    If that doesn't work, another suggestion was to use a browser extension called ''Firefox''

    I also reported the problem to Microsoft and sent a Microsoft support ticket

    No reply from them..
