the exact same thing happens to me, i redeemed robux once and it worked now i cant redeem anything at all and it ha been like that for months now, i tried different browsers, devices and rewards but none of them work

yes, when i reported it they said send screenshots, and when i did they said they 'didn't have enough information to deduce the issue', that was over a year ago ðŸ˜ðŸ˜’
