I already have 1500 points and I cant redeem my robuxs can you please help me fix the bug?

    Hello! I think I know what the issue is. You may have Microsoft family safety enabled, and this prevents you from redeeming points. The only way I know around this is to use a device not secured with family safety. I hope this helps!
