Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

it happend to me but when i submited this it worked again try it urself at https://rewards.bing.com/support

Here's what they told me, after receiving the form I filled out per the suggestion above. Sounds like BS to me, because I searched 30 times yesterday on my PC and received 15 points! Then, I searched 10 times on my phone and got 0 points.

We wanted to inform you that there has been an adjustment in the way points are earned through mobile and PC searches. Rest assured; you will still receive your maximum daily search limit. The initial searches may not be yielding points due to a recent system update. However, subsequent searches will accrue points as usual.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this adjustment. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, please feel free to get in touch. We’re here to assist you.

I just searched for why points aren't registering properly, and haven't been since late November. It lead me to this thread, but gave me 0 points. Love the irony.
Been dealing with this similar problem for about 2 months. I have to put in a lot more effort now to try to get points to count towards the 150 daily. Just relying on the news carousel no longer works. Bing engineers need to fix this problem now.
