Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

There's no problem with the account. I get credit on Xbox for those rewards and the Game Pass quests. I get points for the news and the quizes and polls on the app. Searches is the only thing that has gone haywire. Something has changed. It's not counting searches the way it did just two days ago.

Yes that's so true I feel that our accounts have been hijacked trough either the routers we are using and the Microsoft programs in our laptops or computers. as well as the hardware of the computers since they are no longer original. it's scary you can't even trust cell phone stores no more. your phones are not even original. they fake made in China and they do sim swap. your phone either they come with work profile, engineer app and companion app already install. Before telling me im crazy. Just check it for ya self and then tell me if I'm crazy or not. because I'm starting to notice a lot of ram don

I have the same problem. Ckeared cookies. Cleared browser history. Logged out. Logged in. Closed browser. Repeat above in different orders about 4 times. Counts everything else. I used some points. Just Edge glitching out.

New problem: I first came here and clicked the 'I have this problem to' button. Now I am getting inundated with email notifications for it.

"Unsubscribe from the question" the emails say. Slight issue: the only option for me on here is to 'subscribe', i.e. page doesn't think I'm subscribed to it anyway.

Is this like Bethesda's Morrowind counterintuitive 'fatigue' bar where the more fatigued you are, the less tired you are? Do I need to 'subscribe' to unsubscribe..?!

I have dared to tick the box asking to be notified if someone replies to this comment. I hope I don't regret that even more...

It's a limit now if you read through the previous comments. There is a limit to 3 searches every 15 minutes. Case is closed. Microsoft can keep their Rewards, I'm done with it. The way is shut - Gandalf

Maybe they have a detection system to ignore sending support tickets about the searches not working, and just give a half-accusatory response and half-“we’re doing something else instead.”
