Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

I'm having the same issues. the bing app and edge browser has just gone to **** all together. i cant earn any points searching on bing mobile app via iphone. no matter what i type in and how long i wait in between. the cash back for reciepts section of the app is literally broken now. i can scan and get rewards but i cant see my balance or add any offers. not even worth using this service anymore. might as well use Brave Browser and get actualy currency in return.

This is the same for me, but u can use the web browser to get the rebates. That doesn't help u see the offers, but u can get ur balance & transfer to ur account here:

Well. That's... interesting. And maybe helpful to some, though I doubt it.

I got hit with the On The Go error again today. See a few replies above for background. They did fix it the next day last time. Too late to save my 1525 Day streak thankyouverymuch. I had almost forgiven them and then the same idiocy happened again today. So I composed a complaint to submit, this time I opted for the "Broken Streak" category and a funny thing happened. A bot instantly replied with :

They even did the math right and added the days since they broke the streak. Of course it's a bit of a moot point since it's just going to get broken again today as they probably won't get the error fixed until tomorrow again. And this is a "one-time courtesy" so thanks for nothing probably.

Anyway, maybe it'll help someone if you also lost a streak. Report it as a "Broken Streak" (I think was the category) and then hope they don't mess it up again.

P.S. Oh yeah, I did "go ahead and submit the request" anyway since they really didn't fix the problem. And that was a lie too. The link didn't take me back to my completed request form. It opened another new one. Fortunately, being familiar with the way MS "works" I had saved a copy of my complaint so I was able to copy paste instead of typing it all in again.

I was surprised a few minutes ago to get a reply back to the above issue already. Pleasantly surprised. For about 10 seconds. I had barely opened it and started reading them accusing me of cheating their system while telling me how valued I am as a customer when I got another email from support, closing my report. Yep, they closed it without any intent of looking into it immediately after asking me to prove my case by submitting a bunch of proof to their "secure folder" on the site. I guess that's what they call their trash bin there. There are no polite words for what I think of them.

P.S. I should mention the reason I was surprised to get a reply, this quick, is because a community member for MS informed me any report would take weeks at best to get a reply to due to the high volume of complaints. I imagine from the tone of the reply it might have been AI generated and the automatic closure of it seems like confirmation. They're probably clearing the huge number of complaints by ignoring and deleting them like this.

    " Look at us ! We're fixing it ! "
