Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

I think i figured out how they're working this scam now. They are only allowing up to 20 points per hour and you're cut off. Open up again later and you can earn another 20 points. This is completely ridiculous and very obvious they don't want to pay out but want to leave the illusion nothing has changed. Microsoft is a very evil organiztion ran by frauds, thieves, traitors and just outright despicable lying people. They know they lie and steal. They are lying and stealing from you openly as they say "no we're not." Microsoft and every single one of it's employees are a huge wrong in the world. No other compant can commit such open fraud and theft and get away with. If anyone of us committs the crimes microsoft does, we'd be in jail

they are also not giving the money to the non-profits. I contacted my nonprofit (German Shepard Dog Rescue and Holistic care Education Center). They have not received any money. It is a scam. Someone needs to do a class action lawsuit.

I agree that things changed at the beginning of December for points. also all their little five and 10 points rewards are now just two. **** Microsoft..?

Searches giving no points, like mentioned, SOMETHING CHANGED!!

Once I got enough points to redeem for a crappy $5 gift card I can't complete the redemption. I keep getting error messages about adding a different alias. I have no idea how to do that. It doesn't matter which search engine I use I keep getting the same message. I have stopped doing searches and also stopped using Bing and Edge. If enough people do that maybe Microsoft will fix this issue. I have given up.

Same thing happened to me. Contacted support and they asked me to prove the search points were not accruing, which I did with screen shots of consecutive searches. Not heard anything back since. I agree that something has changed.
