Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

    I've been trying to get any answer from Bing Support BUT although I've tried at least 7 times and keep getting a query number , I have NEVER even received an acknowledgement of my query , never mind an answer . with the greatest of respect to you everyone keeps getting told to contact BING SUPPORT but I'm not sure that it really exists , not in human form anyway . Over the past 8 weeks the Rewards scheme has steadily deteriorated until now NO rewards points are added no matter how many searches you do . I've cleared the cache and I've signed out and in numerous times to absolutely NO effect . Please tell me does Bing Support really exist ?

    They're all AI now. They've gone home.

    Hello! I have the same question. It's not counting the searches even from phones (iOS and Android).

    I have this problem from beginning of December. I want to mention that the account is ok, logged in ok everywhere.

    I have submitted so many support requests and screen shots that I will not do that anymore. I have stopped doing Bing searches and have deleted the Bing app. Microsoft support can go F themselves. They send out the same boiler plate replies asking for the same information over and over. I am done.
