Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

2023-12-22T09:27:19+00:00 It still happening today as of Dec. 22 that no points are being earned. it went from getting a glitched 15 points to almost no points at all. The entire purpose of the rewards program renders it useless since you can't earn any points anymore besides just doing the little quest tasks, but it's not the same as completing daily searches. Microsoft needs to fix this problem, this is a critical error that can't be solved on the client side, we already tried everything.

2023-12-22T15:49:01+00:00 My husband and I each have an account and neither of us is able to redeem our points for a $5 gift card. It took far too long to accumulate the points for the card. Each time I send a report to Microsoft I get the same BS reply about already having a support request in place so the newest request is being deleted. They never send a reply that will address how to fix these error issues. I am done with Bing and their crappy rewards program.
