Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

I tried that, and still nothing for searches, I get maybe 15 to 20 points a day. Will take over 3 years to get a $50 gift card since they lowered 5 points to 1 or 2 for the extra clicks.
Rewards doesn't help, just replied ticket closed.
The fact that microsoft ONLY sent people complaining and not an answer it is clear THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT US
My husband and I each have an account and neither of us is able to redeem our points for a $5 gift card. It took far too long to accumulate the points for the card. Each time I send a report to Microsoft I get the same BS reply about already having a support request in place so the newest request is being deleted. They never send a reply that will address how to fix these error issues. I am done with Bing and their crappy rewards program.
I am have the same issue and so is my wife. So it is MS that is doing it and wasting our time
