Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

Microsoft is becoming very difficult to earn points over and above the 3 activities. Just like everything else, less for more!

You would be correct. They stole 4.00 (my only coupon ever used with them) for a product and their support was all like...send me the receipt from over 2 weeks ago. I showed them a screen shot of the receipt that is in their system on my side and there is no reply. They are stealing and committing fraud at this point.

Microsoft stopped crediting searches about a month ago. They are openly lying about it. They are openly scamming and frauding their members. Contact them about it and you'll get a "nuh uh" response. Literally. They lie to your face just to make you go away. I have been a member of rewards well over a decade. All of a sudden they think I don't know how to search? very evil organization that gets away with open theft and fraud because they're microsoft
