Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

Well, it's also on XBox. Same stupid "on the go" error for Rewards there and completed Quests won't turn in today. Was fine yesterday. I want to hope this means they have taken it all offline to reboot and fix it today. I don't believe it for a second though. More likely it's dead, they aren't going to do anything, and we'll be lucky if we get anything for out current points balances.
I suggest people start reporting these frauds and scammers. I am filling a report with the FTC daily. Others need to do the same. They won't act unless they get enough complaints. The ones running Microsoft should be in prison. As long as the people allow the fraud and scams to continue, they will. Anyone who works for Microsoft monitoring these threads is an accomplice that should be in prison as well. But they are "just following orders" aren't you scammer employee reading this? Microsoft should be disbanded and all employees and higher ups should face criminal charges and get what they deserve in prison. I just filed another complaint with the FTC this morning along with a few state attorney generals. MICROSOFT IS A FRAUD
Thanks :-) At least I was able to provide some levity. Yeah, been considering turning off reply notices too because it's pretty clear no help is coming but I thought I'd keep up in case. Then today I'm in Texas ? Yahoo ! lol Ah well, I'm running the usual flushes and resets and all in case it might be something on my end though I doubt it. Then I'll ask the Bing AI again where it thinks I am ;-)

Well, I guess I owe MS an apology. I decided to ask the ever helpful Bing Chat AI "What country am I in ?"

Not even close. First of all I asked for COUNTRY not County. Stupid AI. And I'm thousands of miles from Denton County, Texas, USA. In an entirely DIFFERENT country. But that apology, yes, I'm sorry MS for thinking you might be responsible for this. Obviously it's the AI has gone rogue and we're all doomed. Today our Reward Points, tomorrow THE WORLD ! ...if it can figure out where the world is of course, so we're probably pretty safe.
