Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

Well, the issue here is that this is not a "problem" per se. It's Microsoft's new way of keeping us from accruing points. I have found the following. It works, but it is very annoying. You must do your searches 3, or 4, at a time, 15 minutes apart. (Sometimes they let you do 4; other times only 3. I don't know why.) I accrue my points on my computer 1st, then throughout the day, I continue to accrue my mobile points. They cannot be done concurrently. I also wait between searches, until the points are added, before doing the next search. Very time-consuming. Very annoying.

I had heard about a cooldown.

Unfortunately, both Saturday & Sunday I was allowed only 3 points per day for all searches using the PC.

That is 2 whole days of searches spread throughout the day got me 6 points registered.

I'm also seeing the rewards page not register things until they have been repeated multiple times - not just a case of reloading or clearing the cache etc either.

It seems to me it's broken & that may or may not be deliberate ...

There is some type of cool down period, and you can only earn 15 search points every 15 minutes now. That is my experience now with both the PC and mobile search points.

dang apparently they nerfed it and added a time limit between searches. guess i'll have to go back to paying for battle pass now cause no one uses bing for anything but stacking points, and now that they're making it harder to acquire, they can get the boot.
