Why is the 100 Robux Option on Microsoft Rewards removed?

The 100 Robux Option is removed, alongside the others up to 800.

Is there any way to regain this offer or is it permanently gone?

    I think 100 robux cards are out of stock right now. It is an issue of the order. Have you tried doing 200 robux?

    Image I'm in Japan currently, it shows 200 robux is available but I do not have enough points to redeem it. I have 2640 points out of 3000 currently. I'll let you know if it works or not.

    I am able to use 1000 point donate option. But no for 100 Robux. Weird
