Why is the 100 Robux Option on Microsoft Rewards removed?

The 100 Robux Option is removed, alongside the others up to 800.

Is there any way to regain this offer or is it permanently gone?

    When will robux come back to microsoft rewards? Im sad because i just have a point to redeem it and robux is gone at 1 may 2023. I want the robux back please :( I need some robux
