Why is the 100 Robux Option on Microsoft Rewards removed?

The 100 Robux Option is removed, alongside the others up to 800.

Is there any way to regain this offer or is it permanently gone?

    It goes out because everyone has grinded points and when they saw the option they usually get sold out within a day
