How Do You Contact Microsoft Cashback Support?

Hi all! I've been in this battle for a while now and getting nowhere. Here's a rundown of what's been happening:

  • I had an incorrect cashback amount credited to my account, so I reached out to support
  • The first support person asked for more information and gave a list of what they needed
  • I responded with the requested information
  • After a week, I wrote a new ticket since they said I should have had an answer within 24h. In the new one, I ensured it already had all the information requested so it wouldn't be asked for again
  • The new ticket was answered within 24h and closed due to the old one being open
  • A few days later I wrote in again with all the information since I still haven't heard back on the first one
  • This ticket was responded to asking for the same information I put in the ticket request. I responded with the information again. I'm guessing they had given a canned response in the beginning
  • No response so wrote in another ticket... this time organizing the information requested previously into a much more prominent way
  • This ticket gets responded to asking for.... you guessed it, the same information again!
  • This ticket goes unresponsive once I re-send the information again...
  • I write another ticket. This one is closed because the original one, still unanswered, is "open"
  • I just sent in yet another ticket with the same information I keep sending that keeps being repeatedly asked for again and again despite sending it

I'm honestly at a loss of what to do at this point. It's very clear at this point that nobody is actually reading the tickets; they read a few words and then give canned responses. But they also aren't reading the first few words because if they were they'd see the requested information at the top of the tickets...

Is there a phone number I can call where I can speak to an actual person? Some way to escalate this? This has been an uphill battle and I'm just hoping to finally get it resolved so I can move on.

Thank you!

Microsoft is very unprofessional and unskilled company, I have had very bad experiences with them, we should make a lot lawsuits against MS, they have very slow process, they deny everything even when you receive a email from their server

"We've got your cash back covered
You just made a purchase at**samsung.com**! "<br><br><br><br>This is an email came from noreply-cashback@microsoft.com and on same day before purchasing Samsung Phone, it was 10% Cash back activated and on mobile Purchase 10% cash back and I have pictures, even it showed date and time.. and this email came from MS is a legitimate evidence that I have been covered... and it was pending and later disappeared, they cheat customers. go to Better Business Bureau and file a complaint again business Microsoft address 1 Microsoft Way Redmond WA 98052-8300. Majority of MS Employees are Outsourced in different countries, they do not understand. We should make a lawsuit against MS, File a complain at BBB, so many complains and they will losing BBB Accredited Certificates, I was planning to buy Surface Laptop but their Poor customer services I have refrained from MS Laptops.

I am so sorry to hear that this is what happens. I believe you because it has happened to me but I stopped checking all my purchases for right now too busy, but I do not trust them 100 percent either. When big money item purchases do not show up on cash back it is very suspicious as to who is collecting the money on that purchase. Stay well.

It was showing on Microsoft main Cash-back site after I have to login for Microsoft 365 Family and it was showing 10% but Amount was showing pending, I missed that I did not take a picture of that situation, otherwise I have all evidences, technically MS Customer Service and other departments are running by South Asian countries and they are biased and unprofessional, they do not honor it if cash back is in high amount, still until today they are offering 10% on Mobile from Samsung.com website and they ditch you and grab information and never honor 10% cash back, on Monday or yesterday, they sent an email that your "Lenovo Purchase cash back is completed of $12.xx but on main website, still pending, I am monitoring their every information and will show into court about their discrepancies. Do not trust Microsoft nowadays.
