Today I logged on and discovered some 10000 or more Rewards points were disappeared. What happened? I was going to redeem them. But in any case, I have been actively accruing them for a long time. The account is active. I think they should be reinstated to my account.

I'm having some issues as well. I log into the apps almost as soon as they reset. And it keeps resetting my puzzle pieces. I went from have 30 days as well and it went back to 1.... then I made 3 days and it went back to 1... and I'm logging in on bing, edge and start to get to those areas on their website and yeah.... my stuff just doesn't save or something... I've had that issue with the puzzle for a long time. My longest problem so far l. And then sometimes my points drop a couple K like I didn't do any of the quests or daily things... its making me rage cause I'd have so much by now...
