Today I logged on and discovered some 10000 or more Rewards points were disappeared. What happened? I was going to redeem them. But in any case, I have been actively accruing them for a long time. The account is active. I think they should be reinstated to my account.

I had 229000 points and this has all gone, i wrote to Microsoft team and it has taken them two months to reply with a very useless answer saying my account is not suspended gave me a form to fill out and then said there is nothing wrong so where are my points? This seems to have happened to a lot of people. We would all like to know the real reason no good telling us nothing wrong when cleary there is.

Yeah same here. I have the rewards page in my profile. It looks like a child made page.... I used to have the daily log in, the points at the top. I could see how many points I got from my phone, pc, searching on bing. I updated. Now I can't find that page and it would not open for me. Now I'm stuck with this generic page...
