My Rewards points disappeared, but I have been accruing them almost daily. Why?

Today I logged on and discovered some 10000 or more Rewards points were disappeared. What happened? I was going to redeem them. But in any case, I have been actively accruing them for a long time. The account is active. I think they should be reinstated to my account.

I am positive I had more points yesterday. Because I was going to cash them in to put toward Amazon. I am keeping track from now on if I even bother to get them. I have been going back and forth through e-mail with support about a 5:00 reward I can't get . They keep sending me the same email I have . When I try to use it says code invalid!

This is more hassle than it's worth!

Hi, my name is connie brothers, I had 12,255 points and set to redeem them on a Amazon gift card at 13,000 points. They disappeared suddenly and started me over. Now the site will not add daily rewards.
