My Rewards points disappeared, but I have been accruing them almost daily. Why?

I wish I could give you better news I had that problem and then after a few days it returned my points but also created a ghost account

Now some days it works and some it fails completely I have to go to the dashboard and answer each quiz then referesh and start again The points then show up as a daily total and appear(not always) credited to my total a day or two later

The daily run despite doing all the Bing searches fails to function and if I get 2 days uin a row it wipes them off on the third day Honestly this rewards must be the poorest functioning of any Microsoft product Now Iam just waiting to cash in and give up as a waste of effort

The help option can te=ake aweek or mof=re to get an answer but that is only aslking for the dsame info already supplied then again week s before a rsponse As I said Microsoft have droppeed the ball on this and to be honest I find Microsoft to a lot less reliable than in the past

My entire account was reset to zero points overnight! Yesterday (February 27, 2024), I had over 44,000 points in my account. As of today, February 28, 2024, I had 0 points in my account. I did NOT redeem any points between yesterday and today and I do NOT have any auto-redeem or giving pledges enacted on my account. It seems my account reset, as I was given an introductory walk-through for Microsoft Rewards. Does anyone have solutions beyond contacting the supremely ineffective online or phone support?

It took weeks before I got a reply and then it was basically useless I stopped doing the quizzes etc for 4 days Checked back and all of a sudden points were back but it still some times loads a page with the low level and just 200 points showing This rewards site is one of Microsoft's less reliable services..Even when you want to cash in points it offers shopping vouchers but does not tell you what value they will have in store

I had over 2000 points and all vanished without a trace. The account is active and Microsoft put me back to level 1 :-(

Can someone from Microsoft respond to all of these vanished without a trace points please?
