My Rewards points disappeared, but I have been accruing them almost daily. Why?

Today I logged on and discovered some 10000 or more Rewards points were disappeared. What happened? I was going to redeem them. But in any case, I have been actively accruing them for a long time. The account is active. I think they should be reinstated to my account.

    I used my rewards for an Amazon gift card. Microsoft sent no emails to.me for the purchase and I never saw the purchase appear on Amazon but my question is where would they send the gift card and receipt that proves I bought it. It doesn't make any sense. I have outlook email but this was at least 4 weeks prior and I would like Microsoft to help or at least own up to what they've done. I followed all the steps. WTH

    Its because this is a MICROSOFT weakness the points system is forever going wrong especially the "streak" I log in at least twice ad ay but it still tells me I missed a day

    I had about 1500 points but I check now its at 225? I hadn't bought anything yet.

    I am setting a goal for 1 million, all of a sudden atabout 150,000 points, it's all gone. Is this how Microsoft

    Rewards works when you are trying to rack up points? It's just fantastically ridiculous!
