Today I logged on and discovered some 10000 or more Rewards points were disappeared. What happened? I was going to redeem them. But in any case, I have been actively accruing them for a long time. The account is active. I think they should be reinstated to my account.

I had around 12,556 yesterday but when I logged on today I had 156 after earning points
my money also disappeared when i decided to sign in and redeem it??
Sadly this happens all the time the same with the daily streak count were it says you have missed a day when you most definitely have not The reward points system is one part of the MICROSOFT family that is absolutely full of flaws and errors
Same happened to me but with 1430 points
i lost 5252 points last week on my bing
