My Rewards points disappeared, but I have been accruing them almost daily. Why?

Today I logged on and discovered some 10000 or more Rewards points were disappeared. What happened? I was going to redeem them. But in any case, I have been actively accruing them for a long time. The account is active. I think they should be reinstated to my account.

    This happens all the time with the rewards[ programme and Microsoft will keep sending out totally unhelpful answers I lost a 60 day steak and they said my account was not registered after 4 years So now I am going to cash in all the other points and simply forget Microsoft They have lost their reliability perhaps they got too big and to arrogant One other point if you get the store vouchers check the small print some have to be used within 7 days of receipt

    My points are showing now but unable to see the 40 day streak . Unable to redeem my points or see entries previously submitted. I am level 2 and it's posting level 1 like a new member.

    I have been earning points daily. I logged in today and all my points are missing. I lost my lifetime points as well. It's displaying as I am a new member.

    I think it might be because that you have auto-redeem on, and it automatically redeems the reward? Check your email linked with microsoft rewards, or check your redeem history.
