Was on level 2 had over 4500 points why happened
My Rewards points disappeared, but I have been accruing them almost daily. Why?

Today I logged on and discovered some 10000 or more Rewards points were disappeared. What happened? I was going to redeem them. But in any case, I have been actively accruing them for a long time. The account is active. I think they should be reinstated to my account.

2023-12-27T16:07:46+00:00 I had same problem all points disappeared and the count started again from zero so I stopped doing the quizzes etc ans w=a week later after useless suggestions from Microsoft help Gave up then a week later all the points suddenly re appeared Microsoft rewards is very unreliable/ unstable my best advice is if and when you get your points back you cash them in immediatelly

2023-12-13T17:18:23+00:00 I trued that but it says Iam in breach of rules I accepted when I signed up Ihave no idea what they are talking about just Iam 50000+ points gone since update and cannot contact Microsoft rewards date 13/12/2023

2023-12-09T00:48:53+00:00 I lost my points too. I contacted Microsoft and they replied that once the points go into give, no matter who is responsible for the error, the points are lost.
I am disappointed over this. I enjoy and look forward to rewards with points earned.
