In Windows 11 there are a couple of ways to clear the images, I expect Windows 10 is similar. During this process you may be asked to sign in one or two times. It doesn't matter if you are using Chrome or Edge or probably any another browser. I've cleared the images using Chrome and Edge.
METHOD 1
If you have Image Creator open and are staring annoyingly at the Creations, leave tab open and open a new tab then ...
Go here:
https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/web-search https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/web-searchYouYou might need to sign in at this point (ensure its the same account that you are logged into Image Creator with) and navigate through a couple of pages to get to the one below but you should aim to end up here.
Click on Clear all activities (highlighted). If your search history is empty open bing in your browser and search a couple of queries and click on some of the results until you have a search history established. Come back to the page above and you will need to press F5 key or refresh to update the page with your latest search history. Then after you click Clear all activities you should see this confirmation:
Click Clear ...
Now go back to your Image Creator tab/page, the Creations might still be there but they should vanish once you refresh the page or if you click on Explore ideas.
METHOD 2
If the above method doesn't work you can try going to Windows Settings (click Settings in Windows search field at the bottom of the screen or use alternative route), now select Privacy & Security then Activity History then finally Clear activity history for this account. Windows 10 is similar but may involve less steps.
