Hello all,
I have the same issue, but I found this article: When commercial data protection is enabled, Copilot doesn't support the chat history feature. It doesn't retain chat prompts or responses.
So how do we disable this commercial data protection ? You know what ? Everything was perfect, I had my history and plugin button then I decided to sign out of Edge and when I signed in again, I was on that protection and lost my history. This is insane. I want my history back LOL !

I finally understand.
In bing.com I was logged in as my work account. As soon as I logged out from the work account my Copilot history was back. I don't know when this bing.com logged me in as my work account but I don't like it :)
