The chat history of my Copilot has disappeared, but I did not delete them.

Forgive me but none of these answers work. I am using Windows 11 and MicrosoftEdge. Copilot is in Full Screen and on Neither side of the Screen is a history icon.

Where is the history button that I keep reading exists - it is not in any Copilot window I open. I am using Copilot M365 - where do I find my history?
Can you attach a screenshot of what you are seeing?
First, make sure you are signed in (you’ll see your name in the top right of the browser)
Desktop - history aka “recent chats” should be in the pane on the right of your screen.
Mobile - tap the 3 horizontal lines in the top left to see the options; 1 of them will be history / recent chats.

I did not do any of those steps listed above, but my missing chat history button (along with the missing copilot conversation style controls, which also vanished this morning) returned automagically a few minutes ago. No, I have no clue as to why!
