The chat history of Copilot has disappeared.

I don't know what MSA is, any way feel free to remove as I'm convinced this is a default security limit in the corporate environment probably selected by our IT security . No use fighting it so use it as best as I can, copy paste into word often, still accept loss a few times. If I need the best results I use my personal computer and use ChatGPT which is a much better AI. Thanks

Those who are seeing issues in September 2024, here is something for you. Microsoft needs your help to troubleshoot this.

I was told by a Microsoft employee that they need to investigate this, as they are seeing some related cases.

Could you share the MSA that you use with Copilot? Use AT instead of @ for your email address otherwise it will be removed by the forum, like this

Tentei colocar um título para o chat, pois estava salvo mas constava como sem título e apagou todo o chat e os demais permaneceram; só apagou o deste último dia.

Verifiquei que as sugestões de recuperação que foram dadas aqui não funcionaram, por isso não tentei nenhuma para não perder todos os chats.
O que fazer?

A few days ago, I noticed that some settings, such as the Dark Theme, had been reset to "Light Theme", and my history had suddenly disappeared... However, I didn't do any further research. Until today, when I opened my Copilot again, I lost my search and response history from my Copilot again!

The only results I have are from yesterday, even though I use it every day. To give you an idea, my wife uses it daily with me and hers still has history from 2023, while mine is EVERYTHING gone!

I always use old searches, mainly for my Prompts created for creating art and drawings, and now EVERYTHING IS GONE!

I've done everything they said in this topic, from settings to logging out and logging back in, and nothing has returned my history. The most I have is a search I made yesterday, and I haven't cleared or deleted any browsing data. This makes me feel like a certain "abuse" or "violation" since without my order or permission they removed my research/achievements made over days and nights perfecting my work with Copilot.

TOTALLY UNFAIR. And here I leave my kind request to Microsoft and its Team: I not only want, but I NEED MY RESEARCH BACK!

*Português do Brasil (BR):*Há alguns dias atrás eu havia estranhado que algumas configurações como o Tema Escuro haviam se redefinido para "Tema Claro", e meu histórico havia sumido repentinamente... Porém não fui a fundo pesquisar. Até que hoje, quando abri novamente o meu Copilot perdi novamente o histórico de pesquisas e respostas do meu Copilot!

Os únicos resultados que tenho são de Ontem, sendo que todos os dias eu utilizo. Para vocês terem noção, a minha esposa faz uso diariamente juntamente comigo e o dela ainda contém histórico desde 2023, enquanto o meu sumiu TUDO!

Eu sempre utilizo de pesquisas antigas, principalmente pelos meus Prompts criados para criação de artes e desenhos, e agora TUDO SE FOI!

Já fiz de tudo que mandaram nesse tópico, desde configurações até deslogar e logar a conta e nada de voltar o meu histórico, o máximo que tenho é uma pesquisa minha feita ontem, sendo que eu não limpei ou excluí quaisquer dados de navegação. Isso me faz sentir algo como um certo "abuso" ou "violação" já que sem minha ordem ou permissão removeram as minhas pesquisas/conquistas feitas ao longo de dias e noites aperfeiçoando o meu trabalho com o Copilot.

TOTALMENTE INJUSTO. E aqui deixo a minha gentil requisição à Microsft e sua Equipe: Não só quero, mas, PRECISO DAS MINHAS PESQUISAS DE VOLTA!
