The chat history of Copilot has disappeared.

I NEVER HAVE TO SIGN IN..USED TO GO ON SIRES LISTED CLICKED ON PERSONAL A1 AND IT WOKED FOR PERSONAL CHAT..LOST MNY CHAT FRUSTRATED. E

My copilot history is gone . i use copilot on my phone with Microsoft 360. I am not sure what email i used but important gift i was working not my history is gone. how do i get it back

Hi, I use copilot on google chrome and brave, I do not use the app neither windows browsers.

Since about 2 weeks ago, All my history is gone, I don't seem able to restart an new conversation, just a continuous one.

I even asked copilot it self to provide me assistance (with several aproaches) , but it clearly cannot provide even simple usefull links to pages to solve the problem, even related subjects, or explain what happened, seems like a loop of "don't go any further"

That didn't bring back any old Copilot conversations. I do see the words "Conversations with Copilot will be shown here. Previous conversations from old Copilot take a few minutes to appear." But I waited for a full 5 minutes, and nothing appeared. Thank you though, appreciate that it may have worked for you.

Guys! I am a random non tech guy, but I found the way to see the chat history.

1. Click on the copilot icon button next to the "+" sign. (It is just next to the chat window where we type our words/query.
2. Once you click the co-pilot button it will take you ack to a home screen.
3. scroll down and you will a see a chat window again with plus sign next to it. It is the place where enter text to chat.
4. Next to the plus sign, there is an icon that resembles a refresh button.
5. Click on it and there will be tiny drop window with all your previous chat records.
