The chat history of my Copilot has disappeared, but I did not delete them.

I have the same issue as well. Can't find my history, actually have to ask copilot to show me my history.
Don't understand why Microsoft doesn't add a History button next to Chat/Compose/Insights

Same here. I am on a corporate system, which has now blocked ChatGPT and forced us into Copilot. What the heck- try and learn it....but :( I have no idea what the organizational settings/options are. I don't even know what the history button looks like because its never been there from day one. I can't uninstall and reinstall as its all head office controlled. Today it just timed out and ceased the conversation during one of my shorter breaks from my desk. I had to copy/paste to a docx. Clunky AF. I presume no one has found work arounds or answers yet?
Are you using an organizational (i.e. work, school) account, or a personal Microsoft account? I've encountered the same problem with my organizational account, regardless of the platform I access Copilot through, and while I haven't found any documentation yet, I suspect it might be a setting that needs to be configured by administrators in your IT department. MSFT usually makes enterprise organizations opt-in and manually enable any functionality that has the slightest potential to put a nervous corporate lawyer in a tizzy.
Note that there is still an option to 'export' each response, and it's surprisingly snappy at generating the file, but be warned, it does NOT include the references and citations, nor does it include your prompt - it is ONLY the text of the response! Links that are included inline the response are only preserved for .pdf and .doc as formatted hyperlinks; the *.*txt version does not include any of the markup or formatting from the response; this means you can lose a lot of data, from emphasis and headings to ordered lists, delimiters, and URLs.

I absolutely confirm that Copilot for Windows or Copilot in Edge lost the History functionality. No more buttons are available. There's no way to log out of this Copilot. Something is broken that needs to be fixed and it's not on our side !
